Tip:

In most cases, canned fruits and vegetables are as nutritious as fresh because they are picked and cannedactivity.

Is weight you want to lose?

Weight is not the issue. Your weight on the scale has nothing-absolutely nothing-to do with the problem. We have grown to view the scale as the barometer of our appearance. In reality, the scale has nothing to do with the way we look.
When you weigh yourself on the scale, you weigh your whole body, not how much fat you have. You weigh your hair, your bones, your teeth, your muscles, your organs, and so on. In no way does your body-weight reflect how fat you are. A loss of a pound may indicate less food in your stomach, less water retention than yesterday. It may be a pound of muscle because you starve youself. It certainly does not mean you are any less fat.
You will have many ways to gauge your progress. You will continually be seeing improvements in your appearance. You will see changes in the way your clothes fit, you will be in a smaller size, feel much lighter, harder, and look much heathier.

Exercise alone is not going to help in the fat loss unless you have 2 to 3 hours a day for aerobics. To burn 1000 calories you need to be in the gym for about 2hours. Not so practical for most. Exercise is not the key to reducing Body-fat. It's all in your diet. How many of you who are exercising 5 to 6 days a week but still not getting the results you want?
I'm not saying don't exercise, I'm putting the importance of exercise in perspective.Exercising has many important benifits. You can achieve a great deal of stress relief with exercise. You can achieve a significant amount of fat reduction by combining a properly designed and excuted dietry plan with the right amount of cardiovascular and resistance exercise. You can achieve better skin tone and texture through exercise. You can reduce your level of anxiety by exercising. With a properly designed exercise program you can gain strength, stamina, and piece of mind.

In short, exercise must be combined with proper diet to have significant benefit.

Tomato Dandelion Salad
Healthy Cooking Tips:

Choose cod filets that are cut as thick as possible for best results. Thin cuts have a tendency to just fall apart. Make sure your lemon rind is finely minced for the best results in flavor. Big pieces of lemon rind will be too strong tasting and coat the fish less evenly. Pureed peas are so good, you may want to double the recipe. If you do, blend them in at least 2 batches, and be patient with blending them. It is worth it to stop the blender 2-3 times to scrape the sides with a rubber spatula. This will grind the sunflower seeds well, and make them smooth. If you choose to do this you should cook and blend the peas before baking the fish, as doubling the peas will take longer. That way the fish is ready to serve fresh out of the oven. The peas can simply be put back into the skillet you sautéed them in and reheated.
